Return Policy
If you purchase an item that for any reason does not give you complete satisfaction, you may return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of receipt of the product as long as the merchandise is unused and is returned in saleable condition. Used or altered merchandise cannot be returned. Biggies, Inc. will process a credit to your credit card less the original shipping charges. Please follow the Returns process below to receive credit.
Returns Procedures:
- E-mail Biggies, Inc. at info@getBiggies.com to request a return authorization number. Please be sure to include your order number with your e-mail.
- Return the merchandise via the shipper of your choice, with the return authorization number noted on a copy of your original receipt to:
- Upon receipt of merchandise in resaleable condition, a refund will be credited to the charge account used to make the purchase.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise:
Biggies, Inc. will replace merchandise that is unusable due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must follow the Return process above to request replacement merchandise. In the event of shipping damage, a claim should be made with the freight company; please save the shipping tube to make the claim.
Warranty Policy
Product is warranted by Biggies, Inc. for one year from date of purchase to be free of manufacturer's defects in material and/or workmanship, including fading of the original image. Components and materials not manufactured by Biggies, Inc. are warranted only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. The sole obligation of Biggies, Inc. under this limited warranty is to replace or repair FOB Denver, at the option of Biggies, Inc., any part which, in the sole opinion of Biggies, Inc.is defective. Under no circumstances will Biggies, Inc. be responsible for mis-installation of the product.
This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose or use. There are no warranties express or implied beyond the description of the product on the original product packaging. Biggies, Inc. expressly disclaims liability for incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature.
Biggies, Inc. specifically disclaims any liability arising from owner's failure to maintain the product. Replacement of parts or modification of the original product will void this warranty. Biggies, Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any person or entity to assume for it any obligations or liabilities not expressly stated herein.

We respect your privacy. At Biggies Inc. ("Biggies"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. Biggies does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to other companies. We use the information we collect about you to evaluate where and how our product is used. Biggies will not collect any personal information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information.
By using our Web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Biggies. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
Image Policy
Panoramic Images (PI) licenses its copyrighted images to Biggies, Inc. for the production and sale of plastic printed murals (Window Well Scenes® by Sinergi®, Biggies™ Wall Murals, Biggies™ Golf Murals, et. al.) limited to installation and display in a private home or office only. All other rights reserved. No license is granted for commercial or public display.
For any commercial use or display such as, but not limited to, retail display, trade show, hotel room or lobby, restaurants, broadcast or cable tv, motion picture/film decor, set backgrounds, etc, please contact PI in advance with the proposed usage details to request a quote for an additional license.
